I had my first taste of yoga fresh out of sixth form when I was backpacking across Nepal and India and soon after became hooked whilst at university. The space my mat provided to unwind and clear my head became crucial to keeping me happy and healthy. The discipline of ashtanga yoga helped me advance my physical yoga practice and gave me strong foundations from which I have grown my personal yoga practice over the years. After leaving university I travelled Asia and spent a period living in Japan where I enjoyed learning yoga from teachers around the world and discovered my love for the organic movement and space for creativity in vinyasa flow yoga.

In January 2019 I returned to India to train in ashtanga and vinyasa flow yoga and gained my 200 hours yoga teacher certification. From building a strong, healthy body, mental resilience, cultivating inner peace and living more mindfully, I now enjoy sharing the benefits of yoga through my classes. My classes find a balance between the physical and meditative power of yoga and include moving asanas to build strength and improve mobility, pranayama and meditation.

I offer group lessons in Norwich, Aylsham and Marsham as well as online classes so you can join me from wherever you are in the world! Tuition on a 1-2-1 basis is also available to help you gain confidence and delve deeper in your practice and achieve personal goals.
