I had my first taste of yoga when I was backpacking across Nepal and India. I went on to experiment with a variety of yoga styles whilst studying at university, living in Japan and travelling Asia before falling in love with the creativity and organic movement of vinyasa flow yoga.
I returned to India to train in Ashtanga Yoga and Vinyasa Flow and am a 200 hours accredited yoga teacher.
I offer group and private lessons in Vinyasa Yoga and bespoke classes for businesses and events. My classes find a balance between the physical and meditative power of yoga. With moving asanas, pranayama and meditation, vinyasa flow yoga builds strength, improves flexibility and calms the mind.
